What is BETTER DECKS?

Better Decks helps you design, build, and upgrade stunning decks with creative ideas, expert tips, and inspiration to transform your outdoor space.

What's the difference between an arbor and a pergola?

An arbor is smaller (typically 2-4 feet deep) and used to frame a path or entry. A pergola is larger and covers a patio or deck seating area.

Can I install an arbor myself?

Small arbors can be DIY, but custom arbors with proper anchoring and integrated lighting are best left to professionals.
